Jennifer Hasselgård-Rowe

Jennifer Hasselgård-Rowe holds a PhD in Public Health (University of Melbourne), a Masters in Public Health (University of Geneva) and an LLB (Honours) and BA (Australian National University). She has worked in the field of drug policy and human rights for many years. She recently worked at the University of Geneva, including as responsible for the Swiss part of an international research project focusing on injecting drug use among minors. She has also worked for the Swiss NGO GREA (Groupement Romand d’Etudes des Addictions) and the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. She has also consulted for the United Nations Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights in Cambodia, Promotion Santé Suisse, and others. She speaks six languages.
