Other publications
In addition to its yearly flagship reports, the Global Commission on Drug Policy has also published a brochure, Pathways to drug policies that work: putting governments in control, which summarizes the recommendations of the 2014 report, as well as ad hoc papers. These include a series of technical working papers presented in January 2011 in preparation for the groundbreaking report entitled War on Drugs, and a collection of papers for the International Journal of Drug Policy's special issue on drug policy in the Middle East and North Africa.
We also present here reports and background papers published by our regional commissions, the Latin American Commission on Drugs and Democracy, and the West Africa Commission on Drugs.
