Jane Philpott is Canada’s former Minister of Health and has held several senior cabinet positions within the Canadian government, including as Minister of Indigenous Services, President of the Treasury Board, and Minister of Digital Government. She is also an accomplished family physician, educator, and global health champion, and was elected as Member of Parliament for Markham-Stouffville in 2015. Queen’s University appointed the Honourable Jane Philpott as the Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Director of the School of Medicine in 2020. She joined the Global Commission on Drug Policy in 2022.
